Update document template contents

While adding merge fields to the document template in the Template editor, you may also want to update the content or layout of your template. You can do this by editing the text within the Template editor, or by updating the actual document in Microsoft Word or Excel and then reuploading it to WordFields. You can rest assured that any merge fields added to the template will always be preserved, regardless of any updates to the document content.

Also note: any Word, Excel, or text document that you upload to WordFields will be preserved in its original format without any conversion. Therefore, the formatting of all documents will remain intact.

The document preview in WordFields merely provides a simplified textual preview and may not accurately replicate the actual layout. However, you can rest assured that the final layouts of the documents will remain identical to those of the ones you uploaded.
